T&T Management, Incorporated (T&T) was established in 1995 as a minority, woman-owned Management Consulting firm, specializing in the areas of Event Management, Meeting Facilitation, Team Building, Training, Program/Project Management and Outreach.

T&T's President & CEO, Patricia Terrell, received extensive experience managing conferences for the White House Conference on Small Business (WHCSB) from 1994 - 1995. As one of 4 team leaders, Ms. Terrell assisted the WHCSB in fulfilling its mission of outreach, to small business communities across the United States, by coordinating 59 conferences within one year! Conference attendance ranged from 500 to 13,000 attendees.

Ms. Terrell proceeded to market T&T to secure a top-notch clientele base that includes, IBM, Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (97), African-American Inaugural Gala (97), Corporations Against Drug Abuse (CADA), Georgia School-based Medicaid Clearinghouse, Metropolitan Washington Council of Government (MWCOG), Montgomery County's Department of Economic Development, National Basketball Wives Association Celebrity Golf Invitational (Subcontractor), National Council on Crime and Delinquency (NCCD), Pigskin Club Golf & Tennis Tournament (Subcontractor), Prairie View A&M University Golf and Tennis Tournament (Subcontractor), Summit Health Institute (Subcontractor) and Logisticare Transportation Services.

In 2000, T&T was certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as an 8(a) and Small and Disadvantaged Business (SDB). These contracting vehicles has afforded T&T the opportunity to expand its client base to include federal agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Agriculture (Rural Housing Agency, Rural Development and the Natural Resources and Conservation Service), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (Center for Mental Health Services) (Subcontractor) and the U.S. Department of Transportation (TASC, Federal Highway Administration).

Over the years, T&T has established an outstanding reputation as a firm that is committed to superior customer service and on-schedule performance, which is why in 2002; T&T received the "Emerging Business of the Year" award from the National Association of Black Women Business Owners (NABWB0).
